Cockacoos

(( Hgngod. I wanted to make some pet creatures for Benjamin's kingdom...because I wanted his mom to have some because I feel like she's one of those ladies who needs dogs/cats/etc. to fill the void in her heart when her baby grows up and doesn't need her anymore and still needs something to take care of, or like whatever pfft
But I don't wanna just give her a "dog" dog, so I made these dog-like creatures to give her pfft...but it proved to be a challenge because lksjdflksjdf cockatoos are frickin' pets anyway and it's like "What do give as pet to animal that is considered pet pfft?" Althoughsomepeopledodothatpfft

So the cockacoos were born pfft

Cockacoo info:

-Cockacoos are a supposed mutant breed that origins are unknown on how these strange mutants came to be.
-At first glance, they look like fat dogs...but then...they kind of look like fat birds pfft. They bark,yip, and whimper like dogs when happy,excited or sad, but squawk like birds when angry or warning of danger.
-They are very affectionate creatures and like to show love to most things they meet~ whether it be their owner or a complete stranger.
-They tend to rub against legs when they try to get someone's attention (like a cat pfft) or will climb on them and rub against their face or kiss their cheek and other acts of pestering love until they get the attention they desire.
-They like to be held and petted and snuggled~ and just hggnnn all the love and the attention pfft. They especially love it if they are allowed to lie on their owners chest and get petted while lying there~
-Whenever they are petted or loved on and such they make "cooing" noises (which is where they get their name from. Because the fact that they resemble cockatoos and the fact that they coo a lot pfft ; v ; )
-The only thing they aren't really loving toward is bugs. For some strange reason, bugs make them FLIP OUT.
-Their body is mostly covered in fur, except for their tail, which is covered in feathers. Their tail resembles cockatoo plume feathers, and when angered or shocked, they spread out like them too.
-Despite their bird like features, alas, they cannot fly....however, some are able to spin their "solo wing" (tailpfft) justtttttt enough to hover themselves slightly above the ground. However, even ones that can hover cannot do it for too long because their tail cannot handle the pressure of carrying all dat chub and it gets pooped from doing so pfft.
-Unlike irl pet cockatoos who are said to get jealous of owners bringing babies home and such (because it's taken up their attention away from the bird pfft) cockacoos are actually welcoming too a new addition to the family~ one more person to love and cuddle pfft.
-They will even help incubate their owner's egg for them if their owner needs to leave and needs it too until he/she comes back. Some are even bought for that purpose.
-Their diet contains mostly of fruits and nuts.
-They clean themselves daily.
-Some have droopy ears and some have pointy ears.
-They come in the same colors as cockatoos.
