Cosmetic Queen

(( Whoop short description today because I don't feel like typing much pfft

But this is the Cosmetic Queen~ ; v ;

Some facts about her-
-Her body is made of clumped up together make-up powder, so when people hug her and such it tends to stick onto their clothes, so because of that she tries to avoid hugging people. Although some people might think she's being rude by passing up on their hugs, she's just really worried about messing up their clothes and such, so she's not a rude person she just doesn't wanna dust peeps up with her powder pfft ; v ;
-She's very apologetic U v U;
-She's very soft-spoken, so much so that she has a translator that to tell others what she's saying if they cannot hear her.
-When she moves she poofs powder.
-When she is shocked, LOTS of powder poofs out and goes everywhere.
-Is old, but still looks young.
-Carries around different cosmetic products in her skirt's pouch, and sometimes some of her smaller citizens.
-People usually think the lil' crown on her head is the whole crown and that the puffy part is her hair, but actually the puffy part is part of her crown too. Her hair is under it.
-Has no children of her own, but sees her citizens as her children. ))
