Peripie

(( Okay I wasn't too much of a Peridot fangirl in the beginning because laldkfjsjf SHE BARELY GOT ANY SCREEN TIME IN THE BEGINNING REALLY pfft!  
There was not enough for me to really form an opinion on how much I liked this character yet, so she was just kind of 'meh' to me...however..after watching 'Catch and Release' last week...PERIDOT HAS BECOME ONE OF MY FAVORITE GEMS! SHE IS SO CUTE OMIGAWD!
Aside from her cuteness, you can't help but feel bad for her because she's stuck in this new environment with no knowledge really of human culture...so basically EVERYTHING is new and scary to her. I mean, home girl thought a toothbrush was a weapon...A TOOTHBRUSH! Although being the 'enemy' gem in her enemies house it's understandable that she would be on her guard because she doesn't know what's a weapon and what's not. Her being scared of the towel when Steven said it could be a weapon was a pretty sad for me...LASDLKSDF I'M SORRY I HAVE A SOFT SPOT FOR CHARACTERS BEING SCARED LIKE THAT BECAUSE I KNOW THOSE FEELS HGGNNSS

But anyway, I found Steven's comment to her kind of stuck with me after the episode ended, so I ended up drawing her as a literal 'Angry little piece of pie'. She's supose to be like key lime, which is why I gave her lime eyes and stuff..but I guess her gem would be like a piece of candy stuck in it or something pfft xD

I just thought it would be a cute idea, and I think it came out pretty cute pfft ; v ; ))
